Despite almost constant quarrels with his father, especially during Noriah’s adolescence, he can’t say he hates him. He thought so, but time spent away from home in Skyrim gave him a lot of time to rethink certain matters. Nevertheless, he’s not sure if he wants to come back home, even if he misses it from time to time.

She crossed her arms and pursed her lips. “I know I shouldn’t be saying that in the open,”…
“Ahah, well, to be honest I’m more of a warrior but I know how to pick locks~ And I figured I can tell someone who is in the same boat.” He smiles as she confirms his assumptions. “Ah, I see! I am indeed, I hail from Wayrest, but it’ll be a long while before something, if anything, makes me pay a visit.” He snorts. “I like it here quite a lot. How long have you been in Skyrim, if you don’t mind me inquiring?”

She crossed her arms and pursed her lips. “I know I shouldn’t be saying that in the open,” she muttered back in her defense. “I was merely clarifying.” And truthfully, she was never quite clear with people about her occupation. Unfortunately, a little slip of the tongue on her part had messed up everything.
Noriah himself didn’t seem like the most law-abiding citizen, so she figured he would stick to his word. “I’m only in Riften sometimes myself,” she replied. “But even if I were, unless you start burrowing in the Ratways, it’s likely you won’t find many from the Guild out in the open too much. It’s never good to bring attention to yourself, it’s better so to hide from it.”
Noriah chuckles. “There, no need to be so defensive. I just don’t want a fellow pickpocket in prison. And… A fellow Breton I suppose? Forgive me if I’m wrong, but your accent seems familiar.” He tilts his head with curiosity.
“People like you still exist?” Sigrun asked incredulously. “Quite frankly, I thought chivalry was gone from this place.”
At Noriah’s next remark, she gripped her chin. “Is that so?” Sigrun asked, searched his face carefully. “I think I have a few ideas on how to make an easy septim. I’ve some talents that have allowed me to gather my wealth more easily, if you know what I mean.”
She frowned in retrospect of what she’d said. Well, most people got the message, but this time around, she seemed to be coming across as some sort of harlot.
“Thieving,” she added quickly. “And dealing.”
“I try my best. Unless the ladies show no respect back, then I might get a bit less pleasant.” He smirks, but the smile turns more cheerful soon after. “But you’re not one of those cases~”
Confessing to thieving so easily? It both surprised him and made him laugh, he’d never admit it so openly. “If I were you I’d be more careful about saying such things. But don’t worry, I’m not going to alarm the guards, I’d be in trouble myself.” He winks suggestively. It must seem a bit strange, as he’s wearing a set of ebony armor with a sword sheath by his hip rather than light armor. “But then, I’m not in Riften too often, I might have missed seeing you around.”

He smiles and bows slightly. “And to you as well, Milady~”
“I must admit, I’ve never been called milady,” Sigrun replied, chuckling. “I’m Sigrun. What’s your name?”
“Unbelievable, but I’m…
“I’m implying that ladies should be treated with respect. I’m travelling across Skyrim with my friend Eason, we’re both looking for some easy opportunities to… gain a few Septims for a living~”
